Gold Calendar is a simple calendar for Windows 2000, XP and Vista.
The application can be minimized to the icon in the system tray and displays the current date with a beautiful golden number. What is more, if you hover the mouse cursor over the number, it displays a calendar showing the current month and circles the current day with red color.
The calendar doesn't have a very attractive user interface and it really doesn't offer any other features that you can not find in your Windows Calendar, when you double click on the clock of your system tray.
The calendar is supposed to include reminders, but, for unknown reasons, this option seems to be unavailable.
To be honest, I wouldn't install this application, because it suggests too few options, and there are hundreds of better free calendars on the Internet.
The situation would be different, if the program at least included reminders, which can be very useful and are not present in Windows Calendar.
In conclusion, I would like to say that I wouldn't waste any minute of my time installing Gold Calendar.
